Cytech technician status
Being trained through the Cytech scheme and gaining the experience needed to become a Cytech master technician takes a lot of time, effort and dedication and investment by mechanics to bring the professionalism of the workshop to a high level.
Each full technical Cytech course brings with it a status and a ‘badge’, displayed below:

A candidate who has achieved the full Cytech technical one qualification is 'Cytech certified'. |

A candidate who has achieved a Cytech technical two qualification is a 'Cytech technician'. |

A candidate who has achieved a Cytech technical three qualification is a 'Cytech senior technician'. |

A candidate who has achieved a Cytech technical three qualification and/or assessment within the last three years, showing that they have demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and understanding with regular validated assessments, is a 'Cytech master technician'. |
