SHIPPING DETAILS

Mainland UK customers delivery times 5-10 Business days.

Bikes go through Preparation service and testing in our busy workshop. We do our utmost to ensure your bikes prepared as efficiently as possible. All our workshop time is scheduled and only once the bike is through preparation and careful wrapping is it booked back out for onwards shipping. Please be patient with our Workshop staff.

Items that are in stock will usually be shipped within 5-10 working days. Some items depending on stock availability are in stock with our Distributors and can take up to 21 working days for you to receive. Unless there are exceptional circumstances that you will be made aware of you will be provided with your goods within 30 days. If we are unable to supply for whatever reason you are entitled to a full refund.

Missed a parcel delivery with DX?

The first missed delivery will receive a calling card with information about your delivery, including a tracking number and a new delivery date.

Delivery during the holiday periods eg Xmas Holidays can take longer than expected.

All parcels must be signed for we do not allow leave in a safe space.

    You may be asked to prove your identity prior to shipping if your shipping details don't match your billing address.

    European Delivery

    We currently do not ship to Europe or Northern Ireland

    International Delivery

    We currently do not ship internationally 

    If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order a sales representative will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of any issue.

     If you want your order sooner, please contact us to discuss the time frame as there may be additional delivery costs.

    Shipping returns


    To return your product, you should mail your product to: 210 A York Road Hartlepool GB TS269EB

    You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Any refusal of delivery or cancellation of order before receipt of delivery will result in delays processing any refund request on your orders.. please allow up to 14 days before we issue any refunds.
